k thats what i thought so the b16a with all the same accesories like alt, injectors all that good stuff running the way it is currently with the b18c1 should run the b16a fine?

Not a strong exhaust smell coming from exhaust but like I said injecters are wet with gas when I pull them out so might be flooding but what do I need to do to fix this what could be causing this...

Well at this point I think that you are correct looks like the map sensor was sending no signal to the ecu because the wires were cut right at the firewall for the map sensor now that everything is...

I've got it on correct but I haunt replaced it ill try that tomorrow oh and one thing I forgot to mention I did check the fuel pressure its at about 50 psi when idling thanks for the insight and reply

Okay just in case anyone else is following with the same problem I replaced the timing belt to spec and set the timing with my timing light it fixed the problems with the car completely not running...

You know that would make sense to me but my buddy has had his d16z6 producing about 230 to the wheels for over a year now and his motor is stock boosted of course but stock the b16a produces 158...

No not at all it runs the same cold or hot it's just bogging when I open the throttle all the way (wot) wide open throttle if I barely push on the gas it doesn't bog at all until like 7000 rpm then...

Good call on shorting the connector where would that be on an obd0 car anyhow and as for engine managment yes I have everything needed to chip my ecu burn roms and check for afr never tuned obd0...
