Re: Mystery oil leak after changing timing and balance belts. Please help!

There's a procedure to make sure the gears are aligned correctly when you pop that thing back on...I can't remember off the top of my head. I'd recommend picking up a Haynes manual; it'll have...

Re: How-To: Replace Timing Belt, Timing Balancer Belt and Water Pump on a F22B1

On VTEC engines, there are multiple intake rockers that have their own cam lobes that have different shapes. Under normal conditions, the rockers all move independent of each other, and the main...

Re: 97 Accord coupe interior door handle

Yeah. You might need to salvage some screws and the power lock switch from your old assembly, or you can buy them all. Feel free to check out the illustration here...

Re: AC and alternator together?

No exceptions. A/C and alternator on one, P/S on the other.

Re: Mystery oil leak after changing timing and balance belts. Please help!

IMO the lower t-belt cover was 1000x worse than the crankshaft pulley bolt. :P

Re: How-To: Replace Timing Belt, Timing Balancer Belt and Water Pump on a F22B1

You don't necessarily need air tools, nor do you need an oxyacetylene torch. Pop your 1/2" drive socket on there, add a couple feet of extensions, pop on a breaker bar, slide your cheater pipe over...

Re: 97 Accord coupe interior door handle

They're crawling all over eBay. You just have to buy the handle and the switch separately. If your handle and switch aren't both broken, you don't need to buy both parts.

Re: 2002 Honda Accord hard shifting

Call me crazy but I don't think a bad alternator would cause his car to jerk when he puts it in gear. How many miles?

Re: driver front power window woes

I bought one of the eBay units...it was trash. Died after three days. Luckily the seller gave me a full refund. I'd drop the cash for the OEM unit.

Re: Weird buzzing noise, little/no power off the line

Thanks for the input guys. It might be a minute before I can check this out though, as I just blew a fuel line...the car was in pretty bad shape when I got it...trying to bring it up to date.

Re: Failed VA Emissions with High Assed NOx Readings (HELP!)

High NOx is a result of running too lean or too hot. Ignition timing ok? Not burning oil? Is the EGR valve operating correctly? Try adding a bottle of octane booster to your tank.

Re: Weird buzzing noise, little/no power off the line

Has nobody experienced anything like this? I should note a/t does shift a little rough. Recently changed plugs/wires/cap, timing belts/tensioners, checked timing, with no effect. Also, when I got...

Icon2 Weird buzzing noise, little/no power off the line

I have a 94 EX, F22B1 w/ A/T. When accelerating from a stop, there is little/no power, and I even want to say some hesitation. However, after a couple seconds I hear this odd buzzing kind of noise,...
