So update..I tried reseting my ecu just for fun and it seemed to work, its been fine for now but im sure it will return, Can this mean that the ecu is no good?

Not really any problems, but it does take a while to heat up and it never goes directly in the middle just a little colder. when i bought the thing it never warmed up due to a t-stat other than that...

Yeah i had to remove mine and just kept putting it back after every adjustment and when i liked how it was i just replaced the TB gasket and its all good now I havent had the code or the problem.

I think it just takes time for your oil to get up to your valvetrain. I mean its only on cold starts when all the oil is drained down to the pan and its dry up top. I would try some lucas oil...
