I have a '98 prelude, bought it not long ago and it was burning a significant amount of oil. It has 185k miles, changed the valve guide seals, and it consumes minimal if any oil now.

I have found a reasonable amount of that stuff on eBay. I know Honda offers a carbon trim kit, and I believe I have seen them on ebay as well.
