you cant give info off another car man. the reason they wanted to know was to match the paint to your car. the vin # tells when and where your car was painted so they can match it to a batch number...

well its obvious you need a new hood and bumper, fender looks like just throw some filler on the dent. you need to get the bumper off and see whats bent behind it, check for broken tabs and make sure...

i wouldnt use stripper, its a freekin mess and a pain in the ass. just sand it with a lower grit paper, like maybe some 80. if you use to low of grit paper you will leave scratches in the metal. 80...

single stage is cheap, but its not as good as base/clear, both shine and durability suck compared to base/clear. thats why nobody sprays it anymore

depends on what your doing, but if wet sanding is needed start out at 1500 or 2000 depending(sometimes if its real bad 1000 is needed), obviously start out at the lowest...

if a cheap job NASON(dupont) sealer or primer is pretty cheap but works good,
good paying job Spies Hecker 5310 primer or 8590 sealer is awesome.
