I had the the CV joints, Ball joints, and sway bar links replaced on both sides this past fall. The clicking coming from the steering column is still there. Not sure what part it could be.

Well how much would a speedometer cost at a salvage yard? That would mean the mileage would be somewhat off correct?

I think it is the VSS from what I have researched. Is there a particular place or site online/offline to buy a good VSS for a cheaper price than over 100 bucks?

I am thinking about getting it completely flushed... where is the best place/cheapest to go for a transmission flush. will they put in the fluids I ask them to?

So drain the fluid once it is warmed up... then fill it up with 3 quarts?

Or do I drain and refill it 3 times?

How much is it to rebuild the tranny? How much to buy one? I haven't had this car for too long now, about 2 months or so. The car has always shifted rough, but i heard that is common for high mileage...

Yes we did just change the transmission fluid before our 1000 mile trip. it was very low, and we had no idea. We put Ford transmission fluid in it, but they said it would work just like any...

The clicking noise seems to be coming from the steering column. It clicks 3 times when I turn it to the right or left, both when the car is moving and when it is not moving. If that is not a CV...

The noise is somewhat loud, and it clicks about 3 times when you turn the wheel right, and 3 more times when you turn it left.
