What are the symptoms of bent valves?

i got a 90 DA9 ls with a b16a i may have bended valves but im not sure. if i do the guy before me couldnt put it on gear. so i wanna know wat does a car with bended valves do

i have a 1990 acura integra with a b16a. my vtec wire is not going to my ecu so how can i rewire my vtec wire thru my ecu

thats guys yea and ill check it out and also yea it clicked i have a feeling its gonna be the ignition coil but ima check i miss driving her. and do u guys know how to run the vtec wire to the ecu...

i have a 1990 acura integra ls with a b16a swap. one day I was checking stuff in my car when my cusin caim and disconnected the spark plug cable from the distributor #4 spark plug cable. idk y he did...

So are you saying that your vtec solenoid is hooked up to your tach shift light instead of the computer? also i would try swapping plugs on the iac and the coolant temp sensor. the iac is on the back...

really honda girl really. it red lines at 85k it says pn the ecu. so the iac valve it is mm. and where exactly dose it say from wat and wat year is the motor from? i quessing it caim from a honda...

my vtec wire from the solenoid it starts green and then it gose to like a lil harness and then out and then the wire is black. it hose to a rpm thing that i have in the motor cables go in there....

the ecu is a b16a ecu it red lines at 8500rpm. i dont know the name of the ecu or wat kind. wat can i do

i did a tune up aready. people have told me that there is a switch by the throttle or something. and they told me i have to turn it down. idk if thats true.

oright. and my car been sitting before i bought it on the street with the for sale sign, cause the tranny broke, like wat kind of service or maintence those a b16a motor has to have.
