Re: going for final tune.... suggestions?

You injectors will actually be the limiting factor. You will run out of fuel around 450whp.

Could have done without these parts:
Moroso oil pan
+ Arp main studs included the required line...

Re: ERL SLEEVED BLOCK??

I'm not trying to hate on CSS, but to argue that it is a way better solution is completely ridiculous. Also he has 84mm pistons already, if he does in fact have a b20 block then it is only warrantied...

Re: Real talk time: Fuel pumps, bench testing, and what it means to you

At 75psi the bosch will flow pretty much the same as the a1000, you might as well not even install the surge tank. The a1000 tanks after 70psi.

I've got most of these pumps on my web app. It...

Re: Will Race-pak, or AIM Strada interface with Neptune?

I'm just getting started but I'm going to make a transmitter to work with honda obd1 ecu's to interface with my iPhone/iPad Digital Display app. Right now I only have an AEM EMS transmitter.

Re: Boost Creep Advice

I completely disagree and would say the exact opposite. Boost controllers don't "control" creep. If you didn't have any boost creep problems running on the wastegate spring then the only creep a...

Re: What kind of gauges do you run?

I'm working on an iOS digital display for AEM EMS users. Offers an advanced warning system, datalogging, displays 19 channels at once, etc. Still in development, and being tested right now. It works...

AEM EMS to iOS Digital Dashboard and Gauge Display

I'm trying to get some feedback, and suggestions for more/better functionality in my program. I posted in this section because I figured there would be more AEM Users in here, and more people...

Re: **Post your Fuel System and Questions**

Don't the aero 340's fit in the full blown setup? The dual walbro's might get you just enough for 750whp on gasoline.

Re: what trap speed for 10's?

I'm sure its possible to do slower but I think 127-128 is doable on most street setups. Lower with a more ideal setup. I was running 11.0x many times at 127mph before I hit my 10 so I'm sure a high...

Re: anyone ever taken apart a turboxs manual boost controller?

If this works the same as the newer Standard turbo XS boost controller then yes it is installed properly. Bottom goes to the wastegate, side goes to pressure source.

Re: Boost Creep?

They can easily be designed for street use. My forward facing manifold kept stock radiator with oem fan and shroud. Easily fit a filter. If it isnt street friendly then the fabricator failed.

Re: Do you need the ECU for fuel pump to prime??

Both the ignition switch and ECU control the main relay both need to to energize to get output to the fuel pump. There are actually 2 relays built into the main relay. You could ground it out once...

Re: need some advice on new fuel pump setup.

One would be fine at 400whp but at 500whp you may run into issues although im sure there are people running that much on a single 044.

This may help, made this a while back to help with figuring...

Re: Boost Creep?

Hook up the wastegate directly without the boost controller and see what boost level you are hitting. If you are still too high then your only choice is to cut and weld a new wastegate port. This is...

Re: ARP head studs or bust! Wtf?

Buddy made 400+ on oem reused head bolts on his b16 and never had any problems, not to mention a few other jimmy rigs on the motor. I wouldn't worry about the head bolts/gasket at your power level....

Re: HG problem, I'm stumped

Seems some have more problems with copper spray than with nothing. Never had any problems on mine without any spray.
