Very, very hard to find. Everyone I have found have been for the 79-81 ports and none for the 82-83 motors - and all but one were for the 8 valve EL heads, not the CVCC ones....the one I do speak of...

very hard car to turbo for the sake of the exhaust mani coming out the back. The clearance to the mani to the firewall will prohibit most applications.

I think you guys might like this. As some of you know I run an EK motor in my '78 Civic with the Canadian EL head and dual side draft carbs.
I friend is doing the same swap with an 82-83 EK...

the syncors to require a tear down. But too complicate things the parts are very hard to come buy. A lot of guys go with a different transmission. the 80-83 ones swap over as well.

any standard clutch kit should be fine for these cars. Racing clutch is not needed with the paower of them. Try Rockauto.com lots of cheap ones there.
Also, be aware the syncros wear out...
