Help me with Breather Piping connections

H-T members,

I have a 2000 Civic EX, I need help connecting the original breather piping back in their place. I don't remember how they go back together, since I removed them three years ago....

It's called SKIRT (UPPER) part # 19 or 21 in the picture. I had to replace one too.

So, yesterday bought used SI Wheels w/tires, before putting them on it checked and saw that it actual says "Honda" on them. I had 17's on before and they a rough, every bump on the road is felt, but...

Yeah, I like the way they look and also I want to replace my 17 inch wheels that I currently have now. Tomorrow I will probably buy the Si Wheels, just wanted to make sure I wasn't getting some cheap...

I was wondering how to identify a real Honda Civic 2000 SI Wheel. Is there going to be a Honda marking on the inside of the wheel? Please help before I go out and buy a set.
