When it doesnt start... Do you hear the Pgmfi relay click on when u turn the key to "On" position then click off about 2 seconds later?
if your not hearing this, try pulling the Pgmfi Relay, open it...

Every time we finish a car n use the jumper I got from Honda that connects into the blue 2-pin connector, we make sure the cel stay on, no flashes. (if we eliminated all the problems) N the car runs...

I've put super glue on the end of a small screwdriver, held it on the broken end of the key til it set then gently pulled the key out. AFTER the super glue sets... Spray a lil lubricant in there so...

did you at least try to manually engage the starter wit the key on to see if it starts up? U dont need tools for that, jus a wire

Had this problem a while back on my homies da, but his would every now n then bog slightly right off idle. Kinda seemed like a tps flat spot.

But since u said the different ecu showed different...

Again, only cuz I've seen it happen... Since u said starter is fairly new, double check that the long 14mm bolt that goes on the bottom is there n the starter is tight & aligned correctly.

is one a smaller diameter? try taking the banjo completely off n reinstalling it, sometimes just things being shifted around will take care of it

No, the injectors have NOTHING to do with the banjo fitting. Any excess fuel thats not being used is returned thru the fuel pressure regulator & return line back to the tank

autozone sells copper...

Should have nothing to do pump size or wiring. On the top n bottom of the banjo fitting there is gonna be 1 brass crush-washer on each side, or jus 1 silver thin washer on each side (top n bottom)....

You can always crank it with or without the main relay. It doesn't affect starter signal. I would look into the ign switch, maybe its not getting or keeping 12v when the key is in start.
