plus this was taking during daytime, but in picture one u can see the amber glow coming from the rightside of the MPH guage.

IT IS ON, COMPARE THIS COLOR LIGHT TO THE STOCK WHITE/BLUEISH ONES. MAYBE U NEED MORE RESOLUTION LOL, IN PERSON IS MORE AMBER LIT

its a 1995 egg dx hatchback. and yes the CEL stays. what are the other two main relay fuses?
