Dunno had tha same prob on a 93 Integra B16 / S1 setup... Turned out ta be bad suspenssion geometry ! Too low, Turn it ta lock, or hit a bump just right an pop out it came!

Also used good ol' tryed n' true Mobile 1 Mtr Oil, in my Civic S1. Worked just fine to

Dunno if ya replaced tha clutch yet, but if was slipping it may still be good, They get whats called glazing, its caused from the heat generated by yhe slip, It takes a little while to wear / chip...

Dunno if you got it fixed but uhhh.....
Wont hurt ta change tha fluid, in both tha tranny and clutch cyl ! Hydraulic fluid likes to soak up mostiure over time this can in turn cause a slight amount...
