10w/40 is what Honda recommends for JDM 98 spec R.

I have the same setup and everything fitted perfectly including the muffler tip. I wish my muffler tip would stick out a bit further to avoid blowing soot all over the back of my car.

All the stock knobs I've seen in USDM ITR's that weren't the leather had the chrome appearance and not the titanium.

MAYBE the JDM one was titanium to match the e-brake release button and the USDM...

I know the shift linkage is lighter, and there are no front or rear bumper beams on JDM DC2.

Perhaps a body shop? the code for phoenix yellow is y-56, should be stamped on a sticker on the inside of your drivers side door jam.
