problem solved.
seems the the guy who was helping with it mixed up the spark plug wires on the distributor cap, switched them around and it started right up.
thanks for the advice

when i turn it to accessory the CEL turns on then off and i can hear it click.
forgot to mention it but i did spray a bit of wd40 into the throttle body and each of the spark plugs and it didnt...

yeah that is what the fuse box looks like. after a couple hours checking for bare wires and and possible burns underneath the fuse box i re attached it. it was then i noticed the light on the driver...

the power, and remote wires are good. i have the ground attached beneath the carpet to the metal with a screw. when i move it and touch it to metal it sparks. thats when the light flashes on.
