you need to ground the wiring for the cig lighter...

you need to ground the wiring for the cig lighter properly, thats why its popping the fuse. and the hazard button is linked to the signal relay, so you have to replace it

all honda does to flush the trans, is cycle fresh fluid after a couple of shifts, they use about 12 qts. i would drain and fill every 15000 mi, for a high mileage trans.

if its the booster, your brake pedal will be very hard, requiring more effort to depress. sinking pedal indicates brake master cyl. make sure you bleed all the air out of the brake system

is it the 15amp fuse. try checking the main relay. there's a short somewhere. ifs its the 7.5amp fuse, try checking for wires that aren't grounded properly, check main relay or ecu wiring
