I have a y7 throttle body, ill just swap the pulley's over, other than that they are the same.

Could I use the whole throttle body off of a d16y7? It fits right up to it and it has the right type of IACV.

It's a Y7, the IACV is on the front of the TB. I don't know how to test ohms with my thing, and I don't have a/c

Yes that was at idle while it was holding at ~800rpm. It's hard to get an EXACT reading with my analog multimeter but 14.5 is what I would guess it to be at.

My normal multimeter is missing, I found one but I'm pretty sure it doesn't read ohms or I'm half retarded. Probably the later. Bleeding the system now though.

No CELs. the light works, I unplugged a sensor just earlier today to test. Would air in the system cause the IACV to mess up or something?

Yes, I actually checked the FAQ beforehand, and have known the proper way to do it. I did it way back when, when the motor was dropped in.

I've done that. Like I said, it's not constantly low. Just randomly. Sometimes it'll hold fine right at ~800 others it just dips way down and cuts off.
