hey guys sorry for a wasted post taking up space I figured it out. There is a wire it attaches to to control if its open or closed for heat....my bad...delete thread

Icon2 Quick Question...Water Valve Assy. (Pic)

I am about to replace the part do to the hose around it and the water valve itself leaking coolant. However, I notice there is a lever so you can fully open and close the valve I would assume it...
