I'm leaning towards tony's answer on that one, maybe test it with a multimeter just to be sure in case you don't have it wired up right. I am curious though, where did you wire A30 to? I remember...

welp, nevermind. an hour of tinkering and i figured out the culprit was the - batt terminal. threw some tin foil over it and bada bing bada boom.

...as u were honda-tech...

Ok so I normally run my d15b with a p2j ecu which is grand, no cel, ok. But since I live in an unlucky county in ohio, I have to pass e-check, and the problem is that their scanners cannot read JDM...

I'm no producer, if that's what you might be thinking. I just mix stuff, dj at bars and clubs and college parties, that kinda stuff. But I'm happy to do mixes if it falls into my realm of taste :) ...

No worries. The only "strange" wires for the obd2 d15b's are the EGR wires, the extra vtec wire, and the Econo light wire. Everything else should be the same as other d-series'.

Help diagnose problem - LOUD noise at certain rpm's ('99 civic)

Tranny (ex/si) has about 110k on it, clutch (exedy organic) and flywheel (oem replacement) have about 30k on them. The tranny has had a slight grind going to 2nd since I put it in 10k ago, hasn't...

I've got a B&M short throw on my 99' civic, and I cannot seem to find a permanent solution to keep it from rattling. I have the collar inside the bottom of the shifter with the o-rings, all lubed up...
