try adjusting your throttle cable i built an a fully built ls-vtec that i put in my friends car and we ran into he same issue......you need to turn your fuel pressure way up to like 45 psi and try...

the limits of a d are rarely ever reached...a personal friend of mine is using a stock d16block with just a block guard je pistons eagle rods and the oil pump shimmed....this is just the bottom end...

how is it a lot its got 700 dollar cams which sets the motor and everything at 1300 and the block is still a k lol the junk part of the motor is the head and the 5 speed trans is better for a boosted...

DO NOT PUT ANYTHING EXCEPT THE GASKET ITSELF IN.....NO GASKET MAKER NOTHING.....just clean both the surfaces off the gasket will be touching very well

well obviously your cat isnt working to the capacity its supposed to you can get a "bung" that can screw into where your o2 sensor goes then screw your sensor into that and you shouldnt have any...

if you saw coolant coming from your timing cover you might want to check your head gasket did you use the same one? i hope not and i would also make sure you dont have a bum (cracked) head cause that...

sometimes the heat outside alone can cause the highside pressure to increase but it shouldnt increse such a signifigant amount and it also makes sense it increases under increased throttle thats...
