take one of the spark plugs out, leave it plugged in and have someone turn the car over while you watch the plug. If you see the plug sparking than its working. Just dont hold it or youll get shocked.

Could be numerous things. No check engine light? Check your fuses, make sure theres nothing blown. Could be fuel pump, no spark ,ecm... Try tapping on the bottom of the gas tank with a hammer. That...

Is it water droplets or a puddle? Droplets r probly just from condensation. If its like a puddle and u dont have a crack then there is probly a bad seal around the lense. i wouldnt worry about it...

check power and ground at the lights. If u dont have one or the other then you wired something wrong, or have a bad connection somewhere.

It could be anything leaking really. If you only have to have it recharged once a year then i wouldnt worry about it because it is probly a very slow leak which can be hard to find, thus expensive....
