Also I think I read somewhere the flexplate is different? (although I might have read that about the f23 :/) will the flexplate on the f22b work?

Yes the cam rotates, it has new timing belt, tensioners, balance shaft belt etc.

It's not the actual studs that are stripped, it's the bolt holes in the head itself

Exhaust manifold studs stripped

On the head where the exhaust manifold studs go 4 of the threads are stripped and I cannot tighten the exhaust manifold down all the way. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

got the converter loose today, took all the bolts i could out and got the last three using a ball joint separator and a hammer

I'm not sure about how to take the crank out and cannot find and write-up's about tearing it down.



No, the problem is the crank is seized and I cannot turn the engine to get to all the bolts.

So what would I need to do to make a 96/97 engine work in my car? The only reason I ask is that it seems the newer engines are cheaper and have lower mileage than the engines from my generation.

So my Accord wagon blew its engine and I need to know if I can use a newer engine in my older car and what will need to be done if anything. I am thinking that the Accords didn't go into OBD2 till 95...

Cant pull the key out with the key turned yet. It hasn't done it since that day so I dunno. I guess if it happens again I will get another ignition switch

That's the funny thing, the rears are fine. It's just the front that has camber.

Not sure exactly but it is noticeable. I would say about the same as a 1 1/2 - 2 inch drop

It is negative camber (which I know helps with handling) but with the stock suspension having camber like it is on lowering springs, I know something isn't kosher. I will end up lowering this car so...

I have pretty good camber on my stock struts and springs. Anyone have any idea of what would cause this? I was thinking maybe the stock springs are sagging but it doesn't ride horribly. Any ideas,...

Aftermarket radio installed using a harness, cell phone was not plugged in. I have had my cell plugged in before and everything worked as it should.

Problem solved, it ended up being the sift solenoid. Replaced it andif shifts smoother than it did before. Thank you for your time and help!
