HELP!! lsvtec build

I recently started an ls vtec build and i am stuck trying to figure out if i should sleeve it the bore is going to be stock bore with .20 over so 81.50 mm i am shooting for 450-500whp so do you guys...

i had gsr seats only in the front and they looked...
