take the bolts off the cat where there are 3. I got the side where the 2 bolts are with springs. STUCK

My CAT is clogged. It is disconnected at the header. Now Im just trying to get the bolts off the other side of the CAT. They are rusted on good. So I got a grinder and cut the heads of the bolts...

Not sure about the cc's off the top my head but the bore for any b16 is 81mm as stated.

As for the test pipe. Does that have any affect on the car with the second 02 sensor not reading air/fuel correctly because it think theres a cat but isnt.
