Re: 1993 accord ex driver side window does not go down (Bad_dude)

IF you can even get it separately, it would be from the honda dealer. If you can't get it separately (which is what I am suspecting), you'll have to buy the whole inner door handle. Either also...

Re: 91 accord ex smoking? (KILLAB17VTEC)

Were you watching your temp gauge??? Was it overheating?

I would start by pressure testing the cooling system and see whatcha find.

If it's that bad, you should be able to see something

Re: 1993 accord ex driver side window does not go down (my93accord)

As long as you don't pull the door panel and actually physically look at what's going on in there, you're just pissing in the wind. It sounds like something is stripped out, like a gear, like...

Re: Idle speed affecting mileage??? (turbocivic1984)

I thought about that, but I don't have a C/E light on....and I would hate to shotgun that kind of money at the car without really knowing the problem. It would be an expensive guess...

How...

Idle speed affecting mileage???

I have a 92 Accord EX, and lately it has been getting worse than normal mileage. When I first got the car roughly 6 months ago, I did all maintenence items. I did a full tune including wires, cap,...

Re: 1993 accord ex driver side window does not go down (my93accord)

Basically all you can really do is remove the door panel (not even 5 mins), and visually check out what's going on in there. Other than that would be pure guessing. And if you want to fix it,...

Re: Oil on the plugs - '93 Accord (GhostAccord)

That 30 mins was w/o valve adjustment, just for the record. If it was me, I'd just do the vc gasket and upper seals. After having done however many working for Chrysler and a few on Hondas...9...

Re: Oil on the plugs - '93 Accord (dafox99)

Unless someone is a complete dunce when it comes to anything mechanical, you can do this in about 30 mins with basic tools. I would say while you have the VC off, do a valve lash adjustment...but I...

Re: Is it just me???? (JONESER)

If you cannot hear the blower speed increasing as you're turning up the dial, or if it only blows on one setting and not the others, you might be looking at a regulator.

Can you hear anything...

Re: Is it just me???? (-RedneckDave-)

Also, see that your blower motor is not full of junk (leaves). Are there distinct steps when you turn up the blower speed? Are you sure that it's not staying at a low speed? If it is, it could be...

Re: Spark plug wires... (yhonda)

Well if there is any oil present, it's time to do a valve cover gasket and spark plug hole seals. You probably have a quart of oil in the spark plug holes. While you're at it, you might as well put...

Re: problem after engine wash (TASAuto.com)

def check the cap like tas said. I power washed my motor when I first got my car and you could swim inside my dist cap. That seal there doesn't do a whole lot against pressurized water.

One of the main case seals on my 92 accord's compressor blew. It's a Denso 10PA17C. I've got a nice green puddle underneath it. The car has already been converted to 134.
My question is, do these...
