i had the same issue. my crank sensor located on the drivers side of the block had some chafed wires, causing a short, and not letting it rev past 3000. Go to a yard and get this sensor. I got mine...

Here is a good example of how interchangeable the parts are. You can take the lip from a 94-95 and put it on a 96-97 bumper, which requires some trimming. Or, as I completed today, take the 94-95...

check your crank sensor, mine had some insulation peeled away and was shorting out when wet, or when they touch. i changed plugs, rotor, dizzy, gas, and this was my prob

Out of ALL the people you had to start a internet fight with about engines, you had to pick Ghost. (especially f-series). Might as well go piss off the MuffinMan and tell the mod where to go.

The dream has still not gone yet!! I have done some research on this, I have read on maybe using either my block or a F23 block and IM, then use some K20 pistons for some better CR. Do some balancing...

not sure on the ecu part, but the tranny will bolt right up, i know this because i used a f22a1 gearbox on my f22b2 and all the bolts line up

I've got the F1 Racing flywheel and found a nice difference over stock. Engine feels like it has some new life in it, which makes it much more fun to drive. Would recommend it.

I am still trying to find some f22a head parts, they are soooooo hard to come by. Especially here, the only 4G accords I see now are in great shape and people are enjoying them.
