for some random reason, the main relay started to work on my car. fuel pump didnt prime. dropped the tank and tested the fuel pump. it was dead. so i changed the pump and put everything back together...

i am having the same problem with my bone stock honda crx.

it ran before being parked for 4-5 years.

it has a solid check engine light, fuel pump doesnt prime.

i know the ecu and main relay...

ground in the boot? whats a boot and where is that located?

regardless if the fuel pump is out, the main relay will still click right?

yes, the check engine light stayed on for all 3 ecu's. it is very weird. the car is all original. it has just been sitting for a couple years. nothing done to it. i am pretty stumped

the actual main relay does work, but not on my car. so i am going to assume i might have an electrical problem. theres no fuel priming as stated in the very first post.

The main relay works. Tried it on a friends car. So far I tried main relays and ecu's. None of them fixed the problem

I know there is usually a ground on the thermostat housing but I couldnt find one. I'll double check

so i bought this unmodified 1989 honda crx that has been sitting in a unit for roughly 4-5 years. I bought it and towed it home....

well since you increased the volume of the housing(exhaust im assuming), you will have a significant amount of less power and lag in the lower rpm's at the same boost pressure and assuming everything...

I believe it's fairly cheap given the unit costs $499. I'm selling it complete ready to go already installed in a ecu for only $50 more than retail.

Where can you go wrong? Sure other people sell...
