according to john at ESP,you have to use accord shift cables with accord shift assembly or prelude cables and assembly you cannott mix and match

started welding in all the holes in the engine bay and cut out the rear quarters to repair the rust the right way

as long as the engine is not an sh you are good, yes you will have to reweld or bolt in the passenger mount.You will have to remove the stock passenger mount, bolt the new mount on trannya nd raise...
