i had a simular problem like when the car would idle for a while it would over heat (couldnt idle at stop lights for too long). the problem was that the fan wouldnt come on so i changed the whole fan...

one of them is totally damaged by camber (ripped). the other one has thread hangin out on the inside.

heres the one u can ride on for a lil bit....

I got 4 pretty clean suflowers, 2 needs tires and 2 have about 70% (not to sure). ill post better pics if u want. how much cash do u have?...

advanced autoparts checked my engine light two different times and read it wrong both times. also i had the same problem and yeah it was the alternator but try tightening or loosening the belts.
