I did a similar rear disc conversion and didn't have to change the lines. But you can still inspect them. Also, depending on what FAQ you look at, you might want to look at switching the Brake Prop...

That plug goes to into the head to block off a passage in the head which oil will flow through. You should have a tap with it to tap the hole and screw in the plug.
