yes it turns by hand and dash lights come on
no the engine is not turning over
wheres the neutral saftey switch

i think the dizzy may be bad . because i tried 4 differnt starters at this point there is no differnece with any of them all i hear is a ticking noise by the fuse box . it might not be getting spark .

i didnt try what you told me but i tried multiple other starters and nothing do you think it could be the dizzy?

i forgot to mention that it was converted to auto to stick by previous owner so maybe the clutch is a problem ?

all fuses and grounds are on it does not crank

d16z6 all stock ecu idk if there are cels i just dropped it in it wont start
when i go to tap the starter it makes a whining noise by the alternator
and i changed the spark plugs also nothing...

Problem turned out to be the distributor itself. Replaced it and now its all good.

I wirebrushed the contacts on the cap and rotor to clean them up a bit for better conductivity. But they werent that bad in the first place. There was a tiny bit of oil in the cap though. IDK if...

Do you think it cud just be the distributor itself? I did tests on the ecu and the ecu is working. Pulse at the injectors, its recieveing power. Grounds are good. The Ignition Coil is revieving power...
