quick question to the o/p.... is your car lowered??? if so ebay because pancaking a header=fail. you add a 400 dollar header to that equation and you just look like a dick for cracking a header that...

i would say crudded up galleys as well...also was the oil used...

I have to say that this is easily the best gauge install i have ever seen in an eg... i think the faceplate w/ blockoff plate looks better....its just cleaner. been following this for awhile myself...

depends on how the motor was stored if it was turned everyonce in a while it could be ok if it justr sat exposed then its very possible it could have seized from sitting

yeah if you wear out your clutch to much instead of chatter it will just slip...

seriously though it's inherent nature of an aggressive clutch.... a heavy duty puck clutch is more for high hp high...

that is whats referred to as "chatter" and that can prematurely wear a clutch... your going to have to practice reving the motor and taking off first try instead of the typical feathering while...

yes this requires what i believe is called a gator pin....but in the honda world its the bitch pin.... if you dont use a gator pin it will have freeplay where it should not hence the slop

its just a d15b vtec then...just about as close to a stock replacement as a z6 as your gonna get... good motor just like any other d series abuse the shit out of it.....keep the oil changed that...
