Instead of bypassing it just install the original ecu that came with prelude if you still have it.

I would check all the fuses and go from there also, meaning the under dash box and the one under the hood. I would not give up on the car that fast just due to it not starting that is the fun part...

If it has such good spark and you have replaced the fuel items that you have are you even getting fuel to the injectors can you hear the fuel pump priming, have you checked the ground and or wiring...

When you did the head gasket did you rememer to recheck all the connectors including the grounds in the harness? I doubt your injectors went bad because your car ran before you did the head gasket....

First off do you have an auto or manual transmission on your prelude and secondly any ecu you put in there will have to be taken to the dealership to have the immobilizer re flashed to your key so...
