I would if I were you. You'll just be wasting time and money by installing the pistons right now and tuning it with b16 cams, which are a down grade in a gsr head. I would wait till you better cams...

Thats why we all say he needs better cams... you need better/aggressive cams to go with such compression. At least itr/ctr!!

gsr cams are more aggressive on a Stock P30 B16a3 head thats why they are considered a good and cheap upgrade for B16 heads. I was able to get 202hp by only using ITR intake cam which I got for like...

No... You would have the same problem I had with it, which is fuel gauge not working and the seat belt light stays on no. Everything else should work tho.
