I did this about 5 years ago but what I do remember is that there's I forgot either one or 2 wires that you have to run from the engine harness vtec solenoid plugs to the back of the chassis harness...

I was just trying to help since no one alse did some show him how to pull the code take a picture and show him I couldn't do it cuz I was at work and the only help that I could come up with was that...

you should connect the walbro to a battery and see if it works if it does your problem is somewhere alse and yes walbros are loud i had one.
