The car is from an automatic, it is a vtec, d17a2-3519721 is on the block.
The numbers on the timing cover say, D17a2-3519721.
Vin on the block is. 1HGES26723L034915

I took the trans apart, coulndt find out what was wrong. I bought a junk yard one took it apart and realized the gear that reverse rides against on the counter shaft isnt letting the other two gears...

Clutch has less than 1500 miles on it. I used the alignment tool, it worked great, I kept the tool so it shouldn't be an issue to check it out. Nothing fell out when I took the trans out.
