I swapped my obd2 d16y8 for a obd1 d16z6 and now it will not start. I believe it to be because the new engine does not have a knock sensor. I would like to know if there is a way around this or what...

compression test came out

cylinder 1: 175
cylinder 2: 126
cylinder 3: 99
cylinder 4: 66

i believe it to be bad piston ring(s)

probably going to just swap motors.
