Definitely change the timing belt! I didn't change mine in time and now I'm prob looking at a valve job too. Would've been cheaper to fix it before it snapped.

I've got a t3/t4 hybrid turbo sitting in the trunk that would be fun to bolt on. Its a replacement for one I blew in my 300zx. Maybe I'll rebuild the blown turbo and bolt it up when this motor needs...
