I used undercoating on my 7th Gen Civic. Just make sure your floorpan is extremely clean and free of greasy, oily residue, or that stuff wont stick for sh!t

New weatherstripping seems like a good option, as the rubber would be new - providing you with alot more articulation and flexibility to not only install it flawlessly but allow the rubber to "learn"...
