I don't know if anyone cares but I feel everyone gave up on me.....not complaining I know why my issue was like the problem from hell.
Anywho....I got the junkyard to swap out the distributor...

I technician told me .45 to .50 is ok that the reading varies ......and at wot its 4.5 to 5.0 and that the voltage should increase and decrease smooth......so what do u think?

Well today I finally swapped out the Fuel pump , Plug Wires and Fuel Regulator
all the parts I used were known working
Denso Pump oem.....I prime the car and its nice and loud cars starts up fast...

I'm stating to think my issue is mechanical now.........
I replaced my fuel pump with a Walbro but my friend says it might be a faulty pump
Cause he drove my car and he said it sputters on...

Well I passed smog like 3 months ago.....gonna drop the exhaust to take a look
I got some known working injectors ,fuel regulator and a throttle body and tps
Gonna install everything...

I swapped out the nec igniter n tec coil on the distributor ....I set the base timing again and reset the ecu
I also cleaned up my negative wires on the valve cover n temp housing

Ok drove to work and again I hit traffic so I met the usual conditions
I wanna say the map sensor made a difference....I did feel a bit more power n my exhaust got a bit louder

I replaced the MAP Sensor today and installed it.....gonna do the fwy test.
and picked up another tec coil and a nec Igniter but i have not installed them.
I have gonna try to get another...

So at first it seemed my Integra gained its power n everything was back to normal
So I hit the fwy today and the same issue not enough power
When I ride 2nd gear at 3000rpm...

Cleaned up the throttle body n iac valve replaced my fuel pump
My car is back to normal
I suspect it was a weak fuel pump that was causing a loss of power n misfire when I was low on fuel

I got quoted for $150 plus labor to fix the damaged.

Hello
My Integra is a non abs brakes and it needs a new valve
When I bought it I noticed it was leaking brake fluid from the 40/40proptioning valve
I replaced it with a used one n now it's leaking...
