Re: What about these all integrated instrument clusters?

Looks like an Auto PC setup. Pretty cumbersome to have to launch S Manager every time you start your car.

Re: Rich777's B16 engine build

I live in HB and have a kit very similar to yours. PTE5857 with a GoAutoworks mini-ram. If you want to see it feel free to hit me up Rich.

Re: My B18C1 Engine Build/Assembly

Yes, agreed. I have no intention of making much more then mid to high 380whp range. Keep in mind that the expansion of the piston and it's heat absorption and retention is not only effected by...

Re: oem oil filter cooler install a turbo feed lines w/sandwitch plate?

I purchased mine from Go Autoworks. Speedfactory would also be a good choice. I am sure B&R is also great. Likely can not go wrong with any of those three. I would avoid eBay.

Re: My B18C1 Engine Build/Assembly

I have only road tuned the car, it has yet to see a dyno. I am running 10-11psi with a 5857 turbo, Go Autoworks mini ram and 9.7:1 compression (JE FSR flat top) on 91 octane. I can only say that...

Re: My B18C1 Engine Build/Assembly

The JE FSR's are pretty damn nice. I am running them in an 81.5mm flat top (yields 9.7:1 with my B16A head and B18C5 stock deck height.) They are very, very quiet cold with .0038 piston to wall...

Re: oem oil filter cooler install a turbo feed lines w/sandwitch plate?

+1 on stacking them. I am running the stock C5 oil cooler with my sandwich plate on top, works fine.

Re: Turbo to manifold bolts coming loose? how to fix.

Very surprised, absolutely must be something else going on here. Never had one issue with the Nord Lock setup. I also use blue Locktite, which does not have as high of a heat range, but it turns...

Re: **Official Precision 5857 Turbo Thread**

This sounds very similar to my setup, minus the bigger bore and cams. I am running 9-10psi right now, street tune.

Re: BOOSTED B18C5 COMPLETE BUILD DAILY DRIVER 400HP?

Nice setup, I am running the 6000 series valves myself. Great choice on the wide band BTW, I run the same setup with my S300. With closed loop enabled.

Re: WHERE ARE YOU GUYS MOUNTING YOUR BOOST SOLENOIDS?

I have mine mounted on the Xenocron bracket bolted to my core support facing the turbocharger. Keeps the hoses short.

Re: Turbo Honda/Acura Pics/Theory/Installation/Discussion/FAQ

MTX-L uses serial data right off the Lambda controller to display the A/F information, there is no DAC so it is instantaneous and super accurate. The LC-1 based kits use a 0-5v linear output and...

Re: Kumho Ecsta XS - Wet Weather Conditions

Re: Kumho Ecsta XS - Wet Weather Conditions

I have run the XS in the rain at New Jersey Motorsports Park (size 205/50/15) I found them to work quite well. They did not really have any bad attributes for a tire in that class. I have also run...
