Starting problems?

My DD is a 95 civic DX.

I've been having a weird problem lately. If it has been sitting overnight or for 24hours+, it has trouble staying on when I start it. I have to rev it for about a minute...

Sealing up a hole in the firewall?

This civic I am working on has a 3 inch by 5 inch hole that was caused by rust. I removed the rust and fixed the spot however there's still a matter of covering up the hole.
