I've hit about 30 if I'm really trying to conserve on the highway. Kept it under 2.5k rpm shifting until 6th the whole time.

The connector for the stock third brake light is the same for the stock wing. I am not sure if your third brake light housing is the same as the stock one or not so it might have some issues
