Replace your ECU fuse. And then make sure that you don't have any loose wires that are grounding out on the ECU. Should fix it.

If it's belt squeeking, then tighten them up but leave 1-2 cm of deflection. (you can press on the belt and it flexes)

Just put enough oil in it to be in the middle between the two holes on the dipstick and you won't have to worry about it anymore. You're putting too much oil in there, which means too much oil...

And no you can't use the D15 dizzy unless you want an oil leak and a lot of dremeling. You can get a new one on ebay for $100.
