Let's just say there's carbon build up keeping your valve to stay open, I've rebuild many many cars and I can tell you it takes quite a bit of time to polish those valve to remove carbon build up....

Was 90-100psi max pressure or just one bump? probable cause on #2 cyl. head gasket, head warp, bent valves, rings, or worst case senario: bent valve and a hole in your piston.

How did you come to the conclusion that you have enough refrigerant? Did you put a gauge on to see how much refrigerant? Intermitting condition or barely cold air usally indicates low refrigerant....

When you changed the spark plugs, was there oil on the plugs? If so that can cause improper ignition, or too much blow by, hence the loss of power. Either way check compression, each cylinder...

Check your IACV (idle air control valve), when the ac is on the ecu will open up the IACV to compensate for the extra load at idle.

stay below 6psi on stock sleeves, (10psi MAX and that's if you can tune). Buy a kit instead of trying to piece everything together, will save you the head ache later. Injectors, 2 or 3 bar map...

if you have access to an oscillascope,(snap on works good) then you can use it to see if it is indeed the fuel pump acting up or another culprit. Compare the siganl waves to when the car is acting...
