Dude, it's all really opinion. As soon as I went into this thread I KNEW that everyone was going to say, 16" is pushing it and 17" are rice and all that bull. FALSE. It all depends on your set up...

About a month ago I bought a set of Tokico HP springs and shocks off a friend that were practically brand new. He had them on a project EG hatchback and never actually drove the car with them...
