I have always been under the impression that the diameter of the pipe didn't make a pitch difference. length certainly does (longer=lower)but i thought that diamter only may cause a bit more...

7.5 lbs flywheel+boost=scary experience. just a word of personal opinion.
but really light flywheels on a daily driver (n/a) I think are a lot of fun especialy if you match your lighter flywheel...
