It is totalled. The cost to repair far outweighs the cost to replace. You need a new rear body panel along with everything before that like bumper, reinforcement absorber etc.

I would get a whole new quarter if I were you. The whole wheel lip looks messed up. And with that huge amount of rust on the bottom there, you are going to need a much bigger section to fix the rust...

Grind all the welds off. Will come off easy. Grinders can be found for cheap. Or drill the spot welds out. An electric drill can be found for cheap too.

Over a thousand dollars. Go through Insurance.
You need air bags, depending on how the dash is on that car possibly a dash as well.
Both front impact sensors and air bag module. Also the seat belt....

You would have to post up some pics. Most of the time if you are going to have to cut a rail out of a car and weld a new one in, it is not even worth it.
