Just like the title states, i'm looking to build my first b series. This will be a 85%+ track car with limited street time. Right now the goal is a solid 600 whp. I'm sure i will find room for...

I have run ino this before as well....after changing the throttle body. There was not enough mechanical adjustment to remedy the problem by moving the sensor. thank god for hondata! Definatly is...

I think traction is one big issue. I have almost the same setup. Slicks and a higher rpm launch, and preloading will make a world of a difference.

Upgrade the clutch! and you will also need a MAP sensor!

My 300,000 mile ls made 269 whp ( on a mustang dyno ) all stock not even head studs, with a inline pro log manifold, and a ebay.48 AR. ...

1. I have a JG intake manifold which i like, but for your goal stock would be fine
2.Making 269whp on stock headbolts for 2 years no problems here!
3. I would go ahead and upgrade the clutch

NGK BKR8IEX had great luck with these....a little more expensive than the standard 2$ NGK plugs. I think they are around 28$ for a set.

B18B stock block, stock head,300,000 miles or so. Been in 3 different cars
GSR trans, ITR LSD, LS 5th gear
JG intake mani
Inline pro turbo mani

I thought it was pretty good, better than last year. Temp outside was much better. Got a personal new best as well 12.16 on this wore out 300K mile stock ls turbo.

The only thing that sucks...
