Re: Dryflow white vs gray

What are the differences? Which would you recommend?

Wouldn't the two filter at least have a slightly different product number? I mean, the packaging and everything was the same for the two...

Dryflow white vs gray

I recently went to the store and was about to buy a new AEM Dryflow filter. I saw there was one that was white, and one that was gray. I'm guessing the white one is newer since the box for the gray...

97 Accord springs for stock car

What are some good springs that I can put on my Accord while keeping the other parts stock? All I want is to lower the car about 1.5". Thanks.

Tire pressure question

Since I got 17" tires on my 97 Accord, would I still pump the same amount of air (32 psi) on those tires? The tires are 205/45 for the 17" and I think 185/65 on the stock tires (15"). Thanks.

Re: Timing belt broke, new engine?

I'm confused. My brother say it will cost over a grand to fix it. If so, shouldn't I just get a new motor anyways, since my engine has a leak in the spark plug place (don't really know what it's...

Re: Timing belt broke, new engine?

I knew that was gonna be the logical answer. How much more work would it be if I wanted a different engine than the stock one? What if got the F22B1? Would that be the next easiest engine to put in...

Re: Timing belt broke, new engine?

When it broke, I couldn't start the car. My brother's friend towed it to his shop. Then after a day, my brother's driving it around, but barely as stated above. I guess he fixed it just enough for...

Re: Timing belt broke, new engine?

I really don't know much about engines at all, as you will probably know.

As far as the condition of the car, my brother did say something is bent, but I forgot what. Right now, he's actually...

Re: Timing belt broke, new engine?

What do you mean "interference"? I'm just thinking about changing the engine because it's old, and as of right now, it's broke. Isn't it going to almost cost the same as fixing the old engine...

Timing belt broke, new engine?

My timing belt broke while driving on the highway home. My brother say it will cost a little bit over 1K to fix the engine. Am I better off buying a new engine instead of trying to fix the old one?...
